ABOUT

Bio:

I am an artist based in Cape Town, South Africa, working primarily with photography to investigate the complex and often fragile relationship between humans and the environments we occupy. My earlier work focused on typological photographic series; a method I used to isolate and highlight specific features within landscapes. More recently, I have begun incorporating computer generated imagery into my practice to reveal underlying structures or dynamics that photography alone cannot fully express. My current work continues to explore the interaction between people and place, but with a broader scope and a shift toward a more figurative and interpretive approach.
